I don't know what happened. I paid for it, then it wouldn't work, and I said I had to pay for something else.
I paid for that, and then they said enjoy it, and I have not enjoyed it. I've been trying to figure out what to do.
I've been trying everything, and no matter what, it still won't work. But unless you can tell me what to do, I would like a refund, please.

Programming complaints

To initiate first contact with KOIN TV customer service, it takes many keystrokes and wait time to finally speak with a real person. I finally found the corrct number and called.
In hearing the answer to my initial question about programming, I was misled by statements made. The following day, I was confused about that response, so I called again to get resolution. The gentleman who called me back answered my question very nicely and explained the programming change.
He also acknowledged the problem and apologized . He was great.
The listed schedule has Kelly Clarkson at 3pm the 700 Club is being aired instead of what you have scheduled. I am NOT happy about this, and Im certain that many other people are not happy as well. Can you please reschedule the 700 Club so that it doesnt get in the way of our scheduled show?

I have not heard from Koin Club at all! They have not offered any form of resolution and appear to be ignoring the matter.
The phone number listed under their contact information does not connect to anyone in the company.
Efforts to contact the operator go as 'unlawful entry.' I am cancelling every subscription with Koin. I am contacting my credit card company and notifying the company to not honor nor pay any bill from Koin Club.
